I welcome you to blog land...

Hi Everyone,
Today is my first time ever writing a blog. It has come to my attention that blogging is essentially the "way of the future". I have a lot of thoughts about a whole bunch of different topics, and think that this medium will be the perfect outlet for me to express them. I am a Graduate student in the Adult Education Department and will be graduating in the Fall. I am nervous and excited for the future, and i am looking forward to all the new challenges and opportunities i will soon face. I plan to go on for my doctorate as soon as possible. I work full time and go to school full time, but yet i know nothing about time management!!! I am always doing things at the last minute, and sometimes feel that I can only work, if I'm working under pressure. I hope that throughout the next couple of years, i will learn how to better manage my time, and how to use each day to the best of my ability.

I have learned so much in this class. Before this class, I would have considered myself "technologically savvy" however, after completing the different activities, i have learned that it would have been better to have described myself as "technologically savvy" light. I never knew all the possibilities that exist for education on the Internet. I know that going forward i will use all of my new skills whenever i can, and i will continue to build upon the skills i have already acquired.
